36-Hour Window: You have 36 hours from the time of delivery to request a refund or exchange. We cannot accept returns or exchanges after this period.

Original Condition: The item must be returned in the exact same condition as it was received. This includes all original packaging, tags, or accompanying documentation.

Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund to your original method of payment. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within a specified number of business days.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your item for another treasure from our collection, you have a 36-hour window to do so. Exchanges are subject to the item's availability. If the new item is of a different value, we will either refund or charge you the difference.
